Our purpose:
The senior adult ministry at supply baptist church will seek to serve and focus on those adults who are experiencing their golden years. The program is intended to increase the visibility of seniors in our church family.
Our mission:
The ministry will provide opportunities for social emotional, intellectual, and spiritual growth. We will develop relevant programs that will enhance knowledge and understanding for the senior mind.
Proposed Activities:
The proposed SAM (Senior Adult Ministry) of Supply Baptist Church will offer either a meeting and/or event in January, March, May, July, August, September and November. We will not be just for “sixty somethings” but seek to provide senior adult oriented programs such as trips, seminars, activities and workshops to those 60 and over of our church and the church community (caregivers are exceptions).
Program Advisors: Perry & Betsy Sellers
“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.”
